Our Business Model

Cloud services dramatically reduce the cost of deploying and supporting complex technical infrastructure.  Yet many small and medium companies are not taking advantage of these capabilities.

Complete System Design Inc. (CSDI) exists to increase the effectiveness of small businesses by allowing them to utilize powerful and complex technical infrastructure.

IT Knowledge

As a cloud service broker (CSB) CSDI maintains an extensive catalog of services, products and technical expertise.

Simplification through Design

Utilizing our standardized service catalog and defined processes we deliver complex enterprise-class technology at a fraction of the cost of traditional system developers.  We employ our design skills to assemble combinations of product that efficiently meet client requirements.  Customers interact with our processes through a consistent interface that insulates them from the complexity of the systems they use.

Beyond the broker relationship

Traditionally, CSBs aggregate, integrate and customize software products into complete systems.   However, typical customers do not have the capacity to manage aggregation, integration or customization projects.  Nor do they have the in-house capability to manage the systems and infrastructure once they are deployed.

Operations and Administration

Our network of project managers and managed service providers allows CSDI to own the success of our deployments.  Our project managers are responsible for successful implementations and our managed service providers ensure the smooth operation of our systems once deployed.

Clients have one place to go to address any technology challenge and never have to worry about "finger pointing" between providers.

Complete IT

Through standardization and defined processes, CSDI leverages the power of the cloud to provide complete technology services to medium and small companies.

In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model. You create a new model and make the old one obsolete.
